Send me a sketch or some design ideas to get me on the right path, plus all of the information you are wanting to include like phone and e-mail addresses, web address, physical location, hours of operation, selling proposition or slogan, logos and photographs. I will design your flyer quickly with great communication and fast responses. Revisions are easy. I am US-based and have extensive experience in real estate marketing, apartment industry marketing, small business and restaurant marketing, and working with charity events for posters and flyers. I am a professional marketer, not just a graphic designer. Why is that important? I can help guide you on what messages and images will help your flyer WORK. I won't just make it look nice.
